Same day property services launched

The UAE Land Department yesterday launched online services which will include a same-day, on the spot registration procedure intended to speed up property registration and transactions.
Sultan Bin Butti Bin Mejren, director general of the Land Department, announced the initiative saying the services, activated yesterday, will include processes like registration, pre-registration and esc-row accounts.
“The benefits to owners, investors and end users in particular will be substantial and result in quick, simple seamless transfer through all stages of the immediate and related procedures conferring title while reinforcing top-to-tail regulation and protection,” said Bin Mejren.
