Construction tender for Palm Island’s Trump Tower awarded

Joint venture Al Habtoor-Murray & Roberts won the tender for the construction of Trump Tower on the Palm Island. The tender was called by Nakheel, one of the largest real estate developers in Dubai, owned by the government of Dubai. The value of the contract is USD 789 million. Trump Tower will be 270 metres high and will host a hotel with 378 rooms, 385 apartments, offices and shops.
